I have disputed with LVNV resurgent LLC about these accounts. That they kept putting on my credit report which are not mine due to fraudulent accounts.

That were opened up in my name. I have Lexington law working on the process as well. And I have disputed them with all 3 credit bureau.

They took them off of experian but they put them on TransUnion and Equifax. Sneaky bastards.

LVNVS reporting negative collections on my credit report. And they should reimburse me for my money losses. That I had to hire a tony and twenty fees to get these fraudulent collection accounts off my credit report

I lost my job during Covid and asked if they would allow me to put them in a program that allows them to be paid monthly until the bill was paid .They unlike other credit card companies had no compassion for their clients.With my other credit card they willingly excepted the terms to be paid .This company in turn took the case to court and sued me for 800.00 dollars that they are now garnishing my pay at 300 dollars a pay ,which is rediculous and unheard of but they feel its okay .Had I known what I know now I would have never applied for this particular card .

PAID CREDIT ONE DIRECTLY THIS COMPANY WAS ALSO INCOMPETENT PAID THE ACCOUNT IN FULL HAVE COPIES OF CANCELLED CHECK YET THIS AMBULANCE CHASER IS TRYING TO STILL COLLECT!!! NOT PAYING A THIRD PARTY WHO NEVER ISSUED ME THE CREDIT CARD IN THE 1ST PLACE!!!

They levied my domestic partners bank account because he put my name on there because he works a lot and he cant get to the bank all the time so to withdraw or make deposits he put my name on there and I never thought I would get sued. I know I had credit card debt was that was back in 2019 and I have a sick mother Im disabled and I just cant believe they they levied his account only because my name was on it I dont have access I wouldnt had to have access to it if he didnt put me on it, and I feel very bad about that thats not my money thats his

I didnt get an actual person I got a recording that asked for an account number that I dont have. Can someone please call me

I had the insurance on the card. I was hospitalized from May 22' through July 22' & bed.ridden except for therapy. But they bought the dept & think they are going to threaten me for something that they bought!

I settled a Capitalone balance for 2000 of 3400. It's been paid with a local law office Stewart Zlimen and Yunger.

I need the balance removed from my transunion credit report as soon as possible. If not removed in the next 30 day's i will pursue legally to get removed.

Debt paid already. They filled a lawsuit sent the paperwork to wrong address got a judgment and didnt know till they garnished my wages.

Collected in one account then tried to collect on another account thats already been paid. Then after they took money they still report that I still owe.

And have not paid. Im3 accounts that said in t credit report

Recently, I was served with papers regarding an old debt which I disputed. However, rather than continue the fight, a friend paid the bill which I feel was not justified.

Sometime ago we read the form $50 and they were sent me a letter saying they will take it off my report I never received a letter called a day to try to negotiate and get the letter for the payoff and the payoff is higher
